How do I receive the GoPro after I check out?
We will deliver the GoPro and selected accessories to your location in town the evening before the day you selected to rent. The GoPro can also be picked up instead.

What's included in my GoPro rental?
Your GoPro will be delivered in a carrying case that includes selected accessories, memory card and extra battery.

When and How do I return the GoPro?
Your GoPro will need to be returned the following day of your rental by 10am or earlier either by pick up or drop off.

What if I don't want to add a video editing package?
You always receive the original raw footage through a cloud based sharing platform. The footage you capture will be downloaded and sent to you within 1-2 weeks. The footage will then be cleared from the memory card.

Can I only purchase a video editing package?
Yes, a GoPro rental is not needed if you have existing video footage. The memory card will be used to retrieve ​the footage.

Is shipping available for GoPro rentals?
Please reach out to determine if shipping is available. Right now, it is not offered through our website. Local pickup and delivery only.

How long does it take to receive my edited video?
Depending on the video package selected, it can take 1-3 weeks to receive the final video. Updates will sent along the way to gather input and provide status while in production

How do I receive my video edit?
The video edit will be digitally transferred through a cloud based system. The video edit will be in MPEG-4 movie format.
